Subscriptions, the lifetime plan, and credit packs are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused credits. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of VidiZane, including our website, studio, and any image or video generation features we make available (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase a plan. The Service is not intended for children.
By using the Service, you represent that you can form a binding contract with us and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or your access to the Service to anyone else.
We offer weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans, a one-time lifetime plan, and one-time credit packs. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change in the future; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. The lifetime plan is a single one-time payment and does not renew.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and access continues until the end of that period.
You are responsible for any taxes, and your payment provider's terms also apply to your purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription period, unused credits, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, forgotten or unused subscriptions, or any period in which you did not use the Service.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Where a refund is required by applicable law, this section does not limit that right.
Generating images and video consumes credits from your balance. Current credit costs are shown in the studio and on our pricing page, and may change.
Credits are a limited, revocable license to use the Service. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash. Credits included with a subscription are granted for that billing period and do not roll over unless we state otherwise.
You keep ownership of the prompts and other material you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process it in order to operate and improve the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you our rights in the media generated from your prompts. AI-generated output may not be unique, may resemble output generated for other users, and may be ineligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. We make no guarantee that output is accurate, original, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for how you use it.
You must not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.

The Service, including the VidiZane name and logo, our website, software, models, and interface, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes, and nothing more.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate your account for your breach, you are not entitled to a refund. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
